If you begin losing weight faster than you feel comfortable, it's easy to adjust. It is recommended that you can safely lose up to 1-2 pounds per week. If you are losing weight faster than this, you may choose to only 5 days on the diet, and 2 days on your normal diet -- it's that simple.
